For Home Services
247 Home Assist Limited trading as 247 Home Rescue, registered in England & Wales No: 09438900. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Financial Services Register number 935754.
247 Home Rescue offer insurance policies and non-insurance products such as an annual boiler service and landlord gas safety checks. Our insurance products are underwritten by an insurer. Your policy documents will show who your insurer is.
For Installations
247 StayWarm Limited, registered in England & Wales No: 11387607. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit broking under Financial Services Register number 916367.
247 StayWarm plan is NOT a contract of insurance. It is a plan that offers in conjunction with the boiler manufacturer an enhanced warranty, annual boiler service and unlimited repairs.
Compensation Arrangements
247 Home Assist Limited and 247 StayWarm Limited are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. General insurance is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.
