Different providers describe similar products in different ways. We have 3 main categories which we are explained below.

• My Boiler includes cover for emergencies and breakdowns of the boiler, but also includes a non-insurance annual boiler service, in each 12-month agreement period. A boiler service can save you money by keeping your boiler running efficiently and reduce the likelihood of a breakdown in the future.
• Our My Heating Policy includes protection for both the boiler and the central heating system. This also includes a boiler service in each 12-month agreement.
• Lastly our My Home Plus policy includes all the elements above but also widens the cover to other non-heating-related problems. This includes plumbing and electrics (Home Cover), and plumbing, electrics, drainage, home security and pest control (Home Cover Plus).
